He studied public administration in the Universidad de Chile, between the years 2004 to 2009, then he did a Master in politic science. In the 2009, he worked as adviser in the "Ministerio de Obras Públicas", he did a great job, but he preferred to return to work in the university of his heart. Today, he is a teacher in the EGGP in the course "introduction to public administration".
Juan Pablo is the autor of a lot of papers and essays about the State and his function. Some of his most importants writings are "Public-Private partnerships as detonators for innovation in public organizations" and the acclaimed "Challenges to the formation of future public managers of the XXI century" which it was written in collaboration with C.Pliscoff and V.Figueroa.
He was my first teacher when i entered to University, he is a very cool and charming man.
